Sorry for the delayed posts, darlings. The Pumpernickel has been a busy bee these past few days.
I've been wrapped up in my upcoming European plans. Yep, I'm headed abroad again. This time, I'll be making four stops: Stockholm, Sweden; Paris, France; Prague, Czech Republic; and Vienna, Austria.
I depart March 19th and return April 5th. Be on the lookout for interesting articles and photographs from my trip. I'm ecstatic, and have been completely absorbed in the planning of my trip.
Are you familiar with any of these cities? If so, I'd love to hear your itinerary suggestions. I'm an adventurous soul, and open to pretty much anything.
So, what should I do in Europe?

In PARIS, you must go to Shakespeare & Co., it is the most fantastic bookstore you will ever see in your life. Every bibliophile's dream! Just across the river from Notre Dame, a fantastic place.
Also, to Catacombs are fantastic! And if you go in the off-season, the line is non-existent (compared to summertime, when there can be a 2-3 hour wait). When you turn the corners and walk along areas where there are no guards, you can touch the bones and pick up skulls, it's so exciting!!
And the Grand Opera is so beautiful it's ridiculous, you must must must see it, definitely my favourite place in Paris. Well, after Shakespeare & Co.
In VIENNA, wander the grounds of the palace and see if you can get into cheap performances in one of the ballrooms of the palace (those may have just been during summertime, I don't know for sure), or in the opera house.
In the city center, there is a fantastic gelato shop, but I can't remember the name. There were several close together, though, so I'm sure you can find one good one, close to the cathedral.
Also, Hotel Sacher has amazing coffee and chocolate cake, you can use the breakfast/dining room/restaurant during the day, it is a bit expensive, but very charming.
Have an amazing trip!! When are you going?
Go Three Sheets to the Czech Republic
